Filling out Device Registration Form

Before you can connect your device to the''' Wheelock-Devices''' network, you must provide the IT department with the MAC (Media Access Control) Address of your device.

The Wheelock-Devices network is not designed for Laptops and Cell Phones, for instructions on connecting a Laptop or Cell phone to the Wheelock Network, please refer to these guides.

Step 1 Filling out Device Registration Form  ¶

  • Begin by opening the Device Registration Form

  • Enter your Wheelock Email Address.

  • Enter a phone number where you can be reached.

  • Device Make: The brand of the device. e.g Sony, Microsoft, Apple, LG.

  • Device Model: The name of the device you are adding. e.g. PS4, Xbox One, Apple TV.

  • Insert the MAC Address of the device.

  • The MAC Address must be formatted as follows: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

  • Copy the WIFI MAC Address into the Device Registration Form.
